What Is the Day Pass?
A doorway into a members-only space.
The MODEE Designs Hub is not a public space — it's a private members and workshop venue. The Day Pass is how you get inside without booking a workshop or private celebration.
Pick a 2-hour time slot from our open availability, secure your pass, and our team will meet you at the door at your booked time. Once inside, the Hub is yours to enjoy — alone, with a friend, or as a couple.

The Day Pass is general admission, not a private booking. You may share the space with other Day Pass holders during your 2 hours. The available time slots shown on the booking calendar are the only times the Hub is open for drop-in guests — all other hours are reserved by private workshops or celebrations.

Is the Day Pass a private booking?
No. The Day Pass is general admission — you may share the space with other Day Pass holders during your 2 hours. If you want the entire Hub privately for an event or gathering, please look at our Birthday Packages or contact us via WhatsApp.
Why can't I just walk in?
The Hub is a members and workshop venue, not a public café. Most days the space is reserved for private workshops, founders, or celebrations. The Day Pass is the way we open the Hub to drop-in guests during the hours we're not running private bookings.
How does one pass per person work?
Each Day Pass admits one person. Coming as a couple or with a friend? Each person needs their own pass — book them at the same time slot so you arrive together.
Can I extend my 2 hours?
Extensions depend on what's booked after your slot. Once you're at the Hub, just ask the team — if the next slot is free, we can almost always extend you for a small additional fee. If a private booking follows, you'll need to wrap up at your scheduled time.
What does it cost? What's included?
The Day Pass price is shown when you reserve. Included for free: one drink of your choice from the Besh Cafe menu, plus our filtered water any time you ask for it (just say "ice and chill" — soft, fresh water always available). Paid separately: any additional drinks, desserts, or snacks from the Besh Cafe menu.
What if I don't see a time that works?
The available slots shown on the booking calendar are the only hours the Hub is open for Day Pass guests — every other hour is reserved by private bookings. If nothing works for your schedule this week, check back in a few days as new slots open up.
What's the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 12 hours before your slot. Within 12 hours, the pass can be rescheduled within 30 days at no charge.
Can I bring my laptop / charger / books?
Absolutely. Power outlets, fast WiFi, comfortable seating — bring whatever you need to make the time yours. Just please be considerate of other Day Pass holders if any are sharing the space.

In the heart of Al Ain. Full address and directions are sent in your booking confirmation. Free parking nearby. The team will meet you at the door at your booked time.
