At Modee Designs, we take pride in creating and supplying high-quality perfumes, fragrances, home scents, personal care products, gifts, and lifestyle products. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure that every order reaches our customers in perfect condition.
Due to the nature of fragrance and personal-use products, specific conditions apply to returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must:

Be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed condition.

Be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, inserts, promotional materials, and gifts (if applicable).

Be in the same condition in which it was received.

Modee Designs reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Products
For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

Opened perfumes, fragrance products, oils, bakhoor, incense, home fragrances, body products, or personal care items.

Products that have been used, tested, sprayed, altered, or partially consumed.

Customized, personalized, private-label, bespoke, or made-to-order products.

Gift cards, vouchers, store credits, or promotional credits.

Products purchased during clearance, liquidation, special promotions, flash sales, or discounted campaigns unless proven defective.

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper storage, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Products returned without prior approval from Modee Designs.

Products returned after the 7-day return period.
3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:

An incorrect product.

An incomplete order.

A product with visible shipping damage.
You must notify Modee Designs within 48 hours of delivery.
To facilitate the review process, customers may be required to provide:

Order details and proof of purchase.
Failure to report shipping-related issues within 48 hours may affect eligibility for replacement or compensation.
4. Manufacturing Defects and Quality Concerns
If you believe a product contains a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
All claims are subject to review and verification by our quality control team.
Modee Designs reserves the right to:

Conduct internal testing and inspection.

Request return of the product for evaluation.
If the claim is verified, Modee Designs may, at its sole discretion:

Exchange the product.

Issue store credit.

Provide a partial or full refund.
Normal fragrance variations, personal scent preferences, expected color variations, or subjective fragrance performance expectations do not constitute manufacturing defects.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available when:

The product arrives damaged.

The wrong product was shipped.
-
A verified manufacturing defect exists.

The error originated from Modee Designs.
Exchange requests remain subject to product availability.
If the original item is unavailable, Modee Designs may offer:

A similar replacement product.

Store credit.

A refund where applicable.
6. Refund Process
Once a return has been approved and the product has been received by Modee Designs, the item will undergo inspection.
Customers will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of their refund request.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Store credit may be offered where applicable.

Refund processing may take between 7–21 business days, depending on the payment provider, bank, or financial institution.
Modee Designs is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, card issuers, or financial institutions.
7. Shipping Costs and Return Shipping
Customer-Paid Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs when:

The product is no longer wanted.

The customer changes their mind after purchase.

The incorrect item was ordered by the customer.

The customer wishes to exchange a product for personal preference reasons.
Modee Designs-Paid Return Shipping
Modee Designs will cover return shipping costs when:

An incorrect item was shipped.

The product arrived damaged.

A verified manufacturing defect exists.

The issue resulted from an error by Modee Designs.
Original shipping fees, delivery charges, customs fees, duties, taxes, and service charges are non-refundable unless the return is the direct result of an error made by Modee Designs.
8. International Orders
For international shipments:

Customers are responsible for complying with local import regulations.

Customs duties, taxes, import fees, and clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Modee Designs is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, courier companies, government agencies, or force majeure events.

Refusal to accept delivery due to customs charges may result in deduction of shipping and return handling costs from any approved refund.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has been processed, packed, prepared for dispatch, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Customized, personalized, bespoke, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

Allow sufficient processing time for financial institutions.

11. Return Authorization

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Modee Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use any product purchased from our store.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
13. Policy Updates
Modee Designs reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
Any updates will be published on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
