How many guests can attend?
All three tiers comfortably host up to 10 guests in our private space. If your celebration is larger, every additional guest beyond 10 is just AED 100 extra per person. For groups over 14, we'll personally help you tailor the celebration. The space holds up to ~20 guests maximum depending on the setup.
How long is each celebration?
All three tiers include 2 hours of private use of the Hub. Need more time for a longer celebration? We can extend by the hour — just mention it when reserving your date.
How do I customize my package?
After you reserve your date through Setmore, our coordinator personally contacts you within 24 hours to plan every detail — workshop choice (for Gold and VIP), cake design, theme colors, screen message, music, and any add-ons. Birthdays at MODEE are designed around the celebrant.
What workshop options are available with Gold and VIP?
Choose from any of our six signature workshops — Perfume Creation, Candle Making, Matcha Ritual, Coffee Experience, Oud Blending, or Couples Experience — for the workshop activity portion. Each one creates a takeaway your guests will remember.
Are there any add-ons available?
Yes. Beyond the included items in each tier, you can add: extra photography prints, a professional photographer, additional custom perfumes for guests, premium dessert upgrades, themed décor, or extended time at the Hub. We'll send a full add-on menu when planning your day.
What's the deposit and cancellation policy?
A 30% deposit secures your date. Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 7 days before the celebration. Within 7 days, the deposit may be applied as credit toward a future booking. Specific policy details are confirmed when reserving your date.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend reserving at least 2–3 weeks ahead for the best date selection — especially for weekend celebrations. Some last-minute slots may be available, but personalization (cake, gift bags, custom perfumes) takes time to perfect.
Can I bring my own cake or decorations?
Each tier already includes a custom birthday cake matched to your theme. If you'd like to bring something personal in addition (a special touch, family decor), absolutely — just coordinate with us in advance so we can prepare the space accordingly.
Where is MODEE Designs Hub located?
In the heart of Al Ain, the Garden City and the home of MODEE Designs since 2019. Full address and directions are sent in your booking confirmation. Free parking available nearby.
